Perks, perks & more perks...Here are some funny perks companies offer thier employees. My favorite is the one offered by Smucker's:
A career at Hard Rock Cafe may not be as glamorous as fronting a rock band, but after 10 years of service, Hard Rock employees are awarded a Rolex watch.

Patagonia workers receive $2,000 toward the purchase of a car -- if they buy a hybrid vehicle.

Employees at the Albuquerque law firm of Rodey Dickason Sloan Akin & Robb get $10 to spend on carnival entertainment (or horse races) during the New Mexico state fair.

Computer Associates, Ingram Micro, and other firms have boosted morale by sending their employees to Air Combat USA, where civilians can dogfight in real fighter planes (without the ammo, of course).

Relativity Technologies CEO Vivek Wadhwa offers $1,500 to employees who stop smoking.

Employees at J.M. Smucker's plants in deer country are excused from work on the first day of hunting season.

Ford Motor execs can blow off steam by taking a spin on the test track adjacent to company headquarters in Dearborn, Mich.

Genentech offers an onsite rental library of audio books to ease the pain of the daily San Francisco Bay Area commute.
