Well...it took a court injunction, but the Marysville, WA schools will finally be opening tomorrow. Of course this means the kids have to be in school until July 27th! The teachers say it is "not about the money" yet the 38 th largest school district in the state size wise has the 2nd highest paid teachers in the state. Their "new" deal being offered gives raises to 80% of the teachers, yet they still turned it down...hmm...not about the money...yeah right! It's ALWAYS about the money.
