Congratulations Hawaii LL
After doing nothong for most of Saturday, Sunday we took the kids to the fair. They both had a blast and got tuckered out. We rode the big slide & the kids train ride. Logan, the one year old, likes the rides better than Ryan, the five year old. I'mnot going to have to worry about him becoming a x-gamer...that's for sure. I think Ryan will be my computer Whiz kid and Logan will be the Athlete.
Speaking of Athlete's...congratulations to West Oahu of Ewa Beach, Hawaii Little League baseball team for winning the LLWS championship against defending champion Curacao.
Michael Memea hit a walkoff Home run in the first extra inning to win it all 7-6. It was the first walkoff Homer in a championship game in LLWS history & the first LLWS championship for the state of Hawaii. The kids from the islands came back from a 6-3 deficit in the bottom of the 6th to tie the score in regulation.
