Big garage Sale = Big Success

Wow what a weekend. We had our big garage sale which we've been getting ready for. some of our friends (Sean & Courtney, rented a Uhaul to bring over their stuff. We had TV's, a computer, entertainment centers, lots of clothes and a whole lot of other crap. Liek they say though, one man's garbage is another man's treasure. In all, combined, we sold over $1900 worth of stuff. We lost count on day two, so it could have actually topped 2K. We still ahve a small pile of stuff to send to goodwill, but wow....what a success. At times we had 1/2 hour periods where there were 30 people at the house. Cars couldn't even drive through the street because other cars were double & triple parked. We had stuff in the driveway, on the side of the driveway and spread out across our grass on tarps. There were times I wouldn't see Sean for 45 minutes because he would be over on the grass & I would be in the driveway.

The whole thing just blew me away.
