Cinderella Man

Yesterday was my my wife and I's 7th anniversary. We kept it simple this year and went out for a nice Mexican dinner and a movie. We decided to see Cinderella Man. For those of you who haven't seen it would highly recommend it. When it comes to movies I am not easy to please. I would have to say this was one of the bet movies I've ever seen. I am NOT a Russell Crowe or Renee Zellweger fan, per se. Both did an excellent job portraying this great, depression era, true story. My Personal Rebellion Against Diets Continues

I hate dieting. I hate the IDEA of Dieting. When I read stories like this, I can rationalize this hatred in my mind.

Researchers at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio analyzed patient information spanning 26 years. They found that those who drink diet sodas were more likely to become overweight. The risk of being overweight or obese increased 65 percent more with each diet drink per day.
